Who can claim this is the ultimate book? Who is the editors of homeowner? I don’t trust this book since I don’t see an author’s name attached. Authors are more credible even though editors make more.

A very thick book with a lot of home floor plans, but a lot are very similar to each other. I had hoped to see more different styles.

I think this is a great book if you are just beginning to look for home plans. Building is such an intense process, and having many resources on hand is important. This is a great resource if you have the imagination and creativity to picture the room set up as there are only floor plans included.
